What is the shipping cost for my order, and when will my order be sent out?
We offer free worldwide shipping. In-stock orders are shipped within 3 business days, while pre-order items are shipped within 15 business days.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most locations worldwide, with delivery expected within 10 business days.
How can I track my shipment?
International orders are shipped via 4PX International Logistics. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a DHL tracking number via email.
I placed multiple orders. Will they be shipped together?
If multiple orders are placed within a short period and have the same shipping information, our warehouse team will do their best to ship them together. If you prefer your orders to be shipped separately, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Klarna.
Do I need to pay international taxes and duties?
No, international taxes and duties are included.

What is the quality of your products?
We have our own factory and a professional quality control team. The fabrics and accessories used in our products are of high quality. The sample you see in photos is exactly what you will receive.
The product I want is out of stock. What should I do?
The products and sizes displayed on our website reflect our current stock. If you would like more information about the style you are interested in, please contact [email protected].
I need help choosing the right size.
You can find size charts with all measurements on the product page. The detailed description will also include the fit of the product. If you need further assistance with sizing and fit, please contact [email protected].
Where are your products manufactured?
Most of our products are manufactured in China. You can see the origin of the fabrics in the product description on the product page.
Orders
Can I make changes to my order?
Once your order is placed, processing begins immediately, and there is limited time to cancel or amend it. Please note that during busy periods such as holidays, promotions, and new releases, it may be difficult to change your order in time. If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact our customer support at [email protected] as soon as possible.

As soon as you place an order, an order confirmation email is sent to the email address you entered at checkout. If you haven’t received it, please ensure that you provided the correct email address and check your spam folder. If it’s still missing, there might be a typo in the email address on your order. Please contact us at [email protected], and we will resolve the issue for you.
What is QUALITY CHECK?
Since we do not support any returns or exchanges, you can purchase the QUALITY CHECK service on our website. Before shipping, we will send you photos of the actual measurements, details, and other aspects of the product you purchased via email. You can then choose to confirm and have the item shipped immediately. If you are not satisfied with the photos, you can choose to exchange the item or request a refund.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 10 business days after shipping.

Returns
What is Bastard’s return policy?
We do not support any form of return. If there is a quality issue with your order, we will resolve it through a replacement or direct refund.

Can I exchange items in my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, you must place a new order.
When will I receive my refund?
Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process your refund after the returned package arrives at our warehouse. During busy periods, this timeline may be longer. However, we strive to process all returns as quickly as possible.
